Shipping Terms

Shipping time may vary. Current delivery timescale on new product orders: 10-15 days*
*Note: Due to the pandemic crisis caused by COVID-19, delays may occur in manufacture and transport from the manufacturer. This could result in longer delivery time that will be announced to the buyer.
To get your product safely to your place we use special shipping boxes. The price for the box is included in the shipping costs. We partner with top carriers to deliver your Produtc to its destination. Any missing articles will of course be delivered to you subsequently and free of charge.
Should delivery to the Client not be possible, the assigned transport company returns the goods to the Seller and the Client bears the cost for the unsuccessful dispatch.

Transport Damage

All our packages are insured for the transit period. Please examine the package immediately with receipt for damages. Any damage must be communicated to the shipping company within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation of the message, which you will send to us, together with the original package and a copy of the invoice. Send it here by Contact Us
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. If you do not file a complaint or contact us, it will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.


Return & Refunds

Return can be done in up to 30 days after the purchase. We prescibe to No Questions Asked return policy.
We offer a full refund if order is cancelled or item is refused within 30 days after the purchase date. We also offer full refunds on unused shipments up to 30 days after the purchase date. To request a refund, in Contact Us Page  . Refunds are returned using the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 days to process.

*Note: If you sent the payment using a debit or credit card or paypal, the refund will be sent to the card used or paypal email. It may take up to 7 days for the card to be credited and the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the card was canceled or you paid with a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund. The money will still be sent to this card account.


Warranty

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply, and their exact conditions are supplied by each manufacturer. Tigerati offer 1 year warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.
